Google Chrome keeps reloading tabs. How to stop it from doing so?

Issue:

• Chrome keeps refreshing every page
• latest google chrome reloading tabs

Solution:

Type  chrome://flags/#automatic-tab-discarding  into the URL bar and make sure the setting is set to "disabled"
