How to disable the “Gift Voucher” and “Coupon” fields in Opencart?

1. Go to OpenCart Admin>Extensions>Order Totals
2. Click “Uninstall” for “Coupon” to remove this field
3. Click “Uninstall” for “Gift Voucher” to remove this field
